配送ポリシー
- Most ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1-3 business days, though during busy periods such as holidays, sales, or high-demand times, dispatch may take 7-10 business days or longer. Turnaround times for made-to-order or preorder items vary by design; estimated processing times are listed on each product page.
- If your order contains both ready-to-ship and pre-order items, everything will be shipped together once your preorder item is ready. If you’d like your ready-to-ship items sooner, please place them as a separate order at checkout.
- All orders are sent via Australia Post, with tracking included. We offer three shipping options:
1. Express Shipping + Extra Cover- Strongly Recommended:This option includes tracking, Extra Cover, and Signature on Delivery for added security and peace of mind, especially for high-value or one-off pieces. "Extra Cover" is an Australia Post service that provides compensation if a parcel is lost or damaged in transit - it is not insurance. Extra Cover is subject to Australia Post’s terms and conditions, and specific criteria must be met for a claim to be approved. For full details, please refer to Australia Post’s official Extra Cover terms.
2. Express Shipping + Signature on Delivery: This option is includes tracking and signature on delivery. No Extra Cover is included.
3. Standard Shipping- Lowest Cost: This option is for orders of $500 value and under. It includes tracking and Signature on delivery, but does not include Extra Cover. We offer this to make our jewellery more accessible to everyone, but it’s important to note that you, the buyer, assume all transit risk when selecting this option. Standard shipping is not recommended, particularly for high-value or one-off pieces of jewellery. If your parcel is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, we cannot offer a replacement or refund. Only true manufacturing defects are covered under our Refunds & Returns Policy. By selecting this option, you agree to these terms.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number so you can follow its journey. Please note that delivery times are controlled by the carrier and are outside of our control.
- We can ship to both residential and business addresses. Deliveries to Australia Post parcel lockers and PO boxes are available for Australian deliveries only. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for delays, packages returned to the carrier, or lost items caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
- If you need to change your delivery address before your order is dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. We may not always be able to accommodate changes once processing has started. Please note that once your order has been dispatched, the shipping address cannot be changed. Any re-delivery charges required due to this will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Shipping times vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
- Currently, we only ship to the following locations: Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, and South Korea.
International Shipping:
- A quick heads-up, globe trotters: We ship from Australia - but please note, your country might add a little extra ’howdy’ in the form of import taxes or customs fees when your order arrives at it’s destination. Those aren’t from us - these are set by your local government, and we unfortunately can’t cover or control them. In short: these charges are the responsibility of the recipient/importer (aka: you). Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Ugli Pup is not responsible for delays or returns caused by unpaid import and/or customs fees.
- International customers may experience delays during customs clearance. These delays are outside our control, and we are not responsible for additional wait times or fees applied by customs authorities. We will ensure your items are shipped with tracking and adequate packaging, but customs procedures may affect delivery timeframes
- If you’re unsure: check your local customs site for details, and we’ll make sure your shiny things are packed safely, tracked, and worth the wait.
