BEFORE YOU ORDER:

All made-to-order pieces are crafted just for you. Please allow approximately 8-10 weeks for production (this timeframe does not include delivery times). Most orders are completed sooner, but during busy periods it may take a little longer. If there are any delays, we will communicate this with you directly.

Each piece is made and/or finished by hand, full of character, and never exactly the same. This human touch means that small variations in texture, shape, or finish are normal and part of the charm. No two pieces will ever be identical - your jewellery is uniquely yours. Product photos are a guide, your piece will have its own personality.

Please double check your ring size before ordering. Because these pieces are made specifically for you, they cannot be resized once they’re in production. If you’re unsure of your size, we recommend checking out our ring sizer page here or visiting your local jeweller to be measured.
